Shipping Methods and Insurance:

• Orders over $1000 are fully insured and shipped via FedEx.
• Orders under $1000 are shipped using local couriers (e.g., Canada Post).
• All items are padded, boxed, and require a signature upon delivery for insurance purposes.
• Changes to delivery instructions, such as releasing the package without a signature, void the insurance. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages.

Delivery and Pickup:

• If you are not home to receive the package, it will be held at your nearest FedEx or Post distribution center.
• Unclaimed packages will be returned to Alessandra Pompei. You will receive a refund minus shipping costs and a restocking fee.
• If the package is lost due to courier error, you will be refunded for the item.

Dispatch and Shipping Times:

• Dispatch times refer to processing and preparation of your order. Actual shipping times are determined by the courier and may vary.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in transit.
• Track your package using the provided tracking ID. Refunds or discounts will not be issued for shipping delays. Contact us before purchasing if you have concerns about delivery timing.

Customs and Import Taxes:

• Alessandra Pompei is not responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees. This is the buyer's responsibility.
• Customs agents may notify you or us if there are issues at the border. While we will make reasonable efforts to inform you, it is your responsibility to resolve any customs issues and pay any necessary fees.

Local Pickup:

• Choose the Local Pickup option to collect your order at Made You Look 1338 Queen Street West, Toronto.
• You will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions, via email.

Refunds:
